Sunday Service – 9:30am to 11am.
Every Wednesday: Bible Study – 7 pm to 8:15pm.
(Hybrid – In-person at 84 Lacey Close, Red Deer and those who cannot make in-person can join on Zoom.)
2nd Friday every month – Church Virtual Prayer Vigil 11pm to 12:30am.
3rd Sunday every month – Friend of Jesus 5pm.
Who we Are
City of Truth (COT) is a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG Worldwide), one of the largest and fastest-growing Pentecostal churches in the world. Founded in 1952 with just 12 members, RCCG has expanded into a global body of Christ with parishes across the world under the leadership of Pastor E. A. Adeboye and his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adeboye.
COT held its first service on February 9, 2025, with six (6) adults and five (5) children in attendance at 84 Lacey Close, Red Deer, Alberta. The parish later transitioned to Dawe Community Center in North Red Deer before settling at Holy Family School.
We are divinely called to reconcile people with God, raise kingdom influencers, and empower individuals to reach their full potential. With Jesus, the epicentre and the fullness of our focus, we aim to teach the truth and not the traditions of men
We Focus On these Three Things
As a church, we are very clear on what we must prioritize in order to accomplish our vision and live out our values. So, we focus on three things, which you’ll see emphasized across the life of the church.
Light: We teach the truth, the word of God which is light so people can be illuminated by the word as they worship God, discover biblical truths and apply practical next steps.
Life: We pursue transformation through spiritual uplifting variety of events to allow you and your friends to grow in relationship with Jesus and experience being a part of something bigger than yourselves.
Liberty: We make disciples of our people, guiding them into maturity, by experiential living of the life of Jesus Christ that gives them liberty from the law of sin and death.

Together, they guide everything we do, including how we worship, serve, and grow. They remind us of our purpose, unite us in faith, and fuel our passion to live out the message of Christ in our church, our community, and beyond.
